MOVE IN / MOVE OUT INSPECTION REPORT

This report is for your protection as a tenant.  It records of any deficiencies of the unit prior to your move in, so that you will not be held financially responsible for them at the time you move out.

It is crucial that you complete and return it to the Property Manager within 7 business days of your move in.  Failure to do so may jeopardize your right to a full refund of your security deposit.
