"I wasn't born in the South, but I got here as quick as I could"
Born in Zanesville Ohio and a graduate of Ohio University. Sandy started into the business world and in 2005, the Greiner Group was born and was nominated that same year for a Manatee County Small Business of the Year award. Since then, The Greiner Group has grown into an expert team of sales agents and property managers.
She obtained her Ohio Real Estate license and joined Wilfred C. Baker, HER REALTORS® in Zanesville. But the desire to escape to paradise was ever present in her mind. One day she made the decision to just do it! "I didn't want to wait until I retired to be in Florida." Sandy obtained her Florida Real Estate license and went to work at an Anna Maria Island office.
She later earned her Broker license in 1994. Sandy joined Wagner Realty in 1997, and settled comfortably into the Wagner family. In addition to being a consistent multi-million dollar sales producer, Sandy is also an active Rental and Property Manager with Wagner Realty's Corporate office, personally managing over 200 Annual and Vacation rental properties. In 2003, Sandy looked at the volume of new REALTORS® who were entering the business, and remembered what it was like to struggle to get her own business up and running.
"When I came to Florida, no one knew me. I had no sphere of influence to develop. I had to start from zero and work my way up from there. I wanted to develop a program that would give fledgling agents training, business development ideas and groom them to be competent professionals."
In 2003, The Greiner Group was born and was a nominee for a Manatee County Small Business of the Year award in 2005. "I have been able to reach my level of success as a result of strong guidance from Brokers and Agents in my past who have shared their positive experiences with me. Without their help, I would not be where I am today, I want to share these gifts with others."
