Wagner Realty Rental Application

This application must be completed in its entirety and be accompanied by a cashiers check or money order made payable to "Wagner Realty  (No Cash or Personal Checks accepted). Please attach a copy of each applicant's driver's license and social security card.

Be sure all parties have signed the application giving authorization to run the credit and background check.

When submitted to Property Manager, the fees are as follows:

$45 - one applicant

$65 - two applicants 18 years or older with the same last name
